Shipping & Returns:

How long does it take for the patent to arrive after I've ordered it?
Each patent is printed and framed once an order is placed, so you should expect to receive the framed design 7-10 days after ordering.

Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer free returns on all orders as long as the patent is sent back in its original condition. To start a return, email hello@timelesspatents.com.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under that amount, shipping costs $10.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship to the continental United States, but we're hoping to offer international shipping soon!

Customization:
I'm buying a patent as a gift, do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we don't offer gift wrapping at the moment, but we're hoping to add this option soon!

Do you offer other frame colors?
Yes, for orders containing 3+ patents, we offer three other frame colors in addition to black: gold, grey, and natural. If you're interested in placing a custom order, head to the custom order page.

Do you offer other frame sizes?
Yes, for orders containing 3+ patents, we offer three other frame sizes in addition to 12"x16" and 16"x20": 8"x10", 18"x24", and 22"x28". If you're interested in placing a custom order, head to the custom order page.

Are the patents easy to hang?
Yes, all patents come framed and include back-mounted hardware making them very easy to hang!

How are the patents designed and made?
An artist in North Carolina chooses some of the most iconic inventions and brings them to life with watercolor prints. Each patent is printed, framed, and shipped from North Carolina.

Do you take suggestions for new patent designs?
